Edithvale Wetlands
Large natural wetlands area south of Melbourne, the remains of a huge pre-colonial swamp that was drained. The bird hide is perfect for photographers. Lots of Black Swan action with courting behaviour, nesting and at least three families with cygnets. Also a family of Chestnut Teals with ducklings. Spring is definitely in the air.
